Return

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your purchase to us.

To book a return please send us an email specifying your order number and date to info@agmotoricambi.com.

To find your order number and date do the following:

Log in to your account on the "Login" page
Click on "Orders and returns".
Write down the order number and date of the order you want to return to us.

You will then be followed by one of our tutors who will take care of your return.

Rules for making a return

Returned items must comply with the following rules:

The product you wish to return to us must be received at our premises no later than 14 days after receipt of your order. After this time, we do not guarantee that we will accept the return.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once your return has been received and complies with our return policy, we will refund your order amount via your original payment method.
We strongly advise all customers to carefully inspect garments upon delivery, before removing any tags attached and before discarding any original packaging.
Items must be returned as new, unwashed, undamaged and unused and with their original tags and any warranty seal. Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original boxes and inside a protective shipping box.
Products must be returned unopened in their original packaging.
We recommend that items are returned in their original packaging to ensure protection during transport.

Exchanges

To make an exchange you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

Refunds

When you decide to make a return, you will receive a coupon with a 15-day expiry date that can be used immediately on the site. After the 15 days have passed, you can request a refund, which will be made with the original payment method according to the timeframe defined for the individual payment methods.

Depending on the payment method used, the time for the refund can range from 24 hours to 10 days.

Returned items will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost.
